Into the Body for Educators – A Program by Oonagh LLC

This agreement is entered into by and between Oonagh LLC, provider of the Into the Body for Educators program, and [Name of School/Institution], hereinafter referred to as “the Institution.”

1. Purpose of Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms under which Oonagh LLC will deliver the Into the Body for Educators program—a professional development offering designed to support educator well-being through somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, energy work, and embodied leadership practices.

2. Nature of Services

Into the Body for Educators is an experiential, non-clinical program integrating:

• Somatic awareness and body-based practices

• Breathwork and emotional regulation techniques

• Guided movement for stress release and reconnection

• Energy healing modalities (in optional 1:1 sessions)

• Verbal reflection and neuro-somatic inquiry for internal awareness and resilience

These services are offered for educational and personal development purposes only and do not constitute psychotherapy, clinical diagnosis, or medical treatment.

3. Voluntary Participation

All participation in group workshops and 1:1 sessions is strictly voluntary. Staff may opt out of any activity or practice at any time. Oonagh LLC does not evaluate, assess, or report on individual staff performance or participation.

4. Confidentiality

Oonagh LLC maintains the confidentiality of all program participants. Group sessions emphasize collective trust and respect, and private session content is not disclosed to school leadership.

In cases of legal or ethical obligation (e.g., risk of harm), appropriate disclosures will be made. For continued quality of service, Oonagh LLC may discuss de-identified cases in confidential supervision. Institutions may request in writing if they prefer no supervision to include staff cases.

5. Institutional Consent

The Institution grants permission for Oonagh LLC to engage with faculty and/or staff as participants in Into the Body for Educators. This includes:

• Facilitating workshops on-site or virtually

• Offering optional private sessions to staff

• Communicating directly with participating employees for scheduling and session delivery

The Institution acknowledges that the program is non-clinical in nature and agrees not to request access to individual participant records, experiences, or disclosures.

6. Release of Liability

The Institution agrees that Oonagh LLC, its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, emotional distress, or perceived impact resulting from participation in this program. The Institution understands and accepts that the program engages the body and emotions and that participants are responsible for their own self-awareness, regulation, and boundaries throughout.

7. Agreement Duration

This agreement shall remain in effect from [Start Date] to [End Date], unless modified or terminated in writing by either party with reasonable notice.
